Job Description / Responsibility
  • Farisha Hotel & Resort is seeking a skilled IT Officer
  • Ensure all troubleshooting related to user computing.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all the computers.
  • Install, Troubleshoot and Resolve the problem of desktop/laptop, server, Barcode Printer, Scanner and network connectivity.
  • Ensure ERP System running smoothly..·
  • Testing new technology.·
  • WAN, LAN, wireless network system, Network storage system Maintenance and·
  • Troubleshooting, IP Configuring.·
  • Switch and Router Configuration, Network Cabling.·
  • CCTV Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
  • Maintain CCTV, DVR, NVR and Cameras and backup whenever necessary.·
  • Practical knowledge on Windows all Operating System installation and configuration with various software applications.·
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.·
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.·
  • Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System
  • CCNA, MTCNA
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Resort

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Only Male
