Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a dynamic, skilled and experienced Jr. Executive / Technician – ICT who is passionate about Networking, IT Infrastructure, IoT & Automation Systems, and real-world technology solutions.
- Core Technology Focus
- IoT & Automation Systems
- Networking & IT Infrastructure Management (Switch, Router, NVR, CCTV, etc.)
- General ICT support, Attendance & Access Control System
- PCB Design & Circuit Simulation, Mechanical & Robotic System Design
- Maintenance of PA System , Maintenance of IoT devices
- Printer, Scanner & Photocopier repair and servicing
- Maintain & monitor Biometric Attendance System
- Troubleshooting fingerprint & face recognition devices
- Attendance data backup & report generation
- Coordination with HR for attendance software support
- Networking
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking & Access Points
- Sound knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4, IPv6
- Firewall configuration & troubleshooting
- Routers, Switches & Next Generation Firewall management
- Devices & Systems
- Support for Desktops, Laptops, Tablets (Windows, MAC, Linux, Android)
- Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems
- Connectivity & Power
- Structured cabling & Internet connectivity management
- UPS, AVR & other power-related equipment maintenance
- IT Operations
- IT inventory management
- Spare parts procurement & device replacement planning
- Maintain internal knowledge documentation
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- CCNA preferred
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- CCNA Robotics / Electronics Engineering background
- Any IoT / Automation related certification will be highly preferred Additional Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in diagnostic tools & repairing
- Knowledge of Android, iOS & software troubleshooting
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good communication & teamwork ability
