Job Description / Responsibility

Manages, maintains, and supports computer systems, networks, and software as the primary technical support contact.
Installs, configures, and maintains computer servers, printers, routers, and switches.
Implements security measures, including antivirus protection and data backup .
Maintains an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
Coordinates with IT contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Bachelor of Computer Science (Software).

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Herbal Medicine

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Strong understanding of various operating systems, network protocol & hardware components,
Knowledge Biometric Attendance & ERP system
