Full Stack Developer (Executive to Sr. Executive)

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript
Build SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and optimized routing using Next.js
Build and maintain reusable UI components using Shadcn UI, Radix UI, and TailwindCSS
Work with designers to translate Figma mockups into production-ready code
Implement client-side form handling using React Hook Form with validation via Zod
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Backend & Collaboration
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs
Handle data fetching strategies (CSR, SSR, ISR) in Next.js
Use Git with proper branching and pull request workflows
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Contribute to code reviews and maintain coding standards

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 38 years
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid experience with ReactJS and Next.js
Experience building production-grade applications using TypeScript, Vite, and modern state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit)
Hands-on experience with:
Shadcn UI
Radix UI
TailwindCSS
Experience with reusable component architecture
Familiarity with development tools: ESLint, Prettier, Vite, PostCSS
Basic understanding of Git workflows (branching, PRs)
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Ability to work effectively in an agile, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills
Experience with localization/internationalization (e.g., i18next)
Backend experience (Node.js / Express.js)
Work with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
Perform basic query writing and data modeling
Experience deploying Next.js apps
Understanding of performance optimization and scalability
