Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and manage training programs under NSDA Level 3 & 4 guidelines.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and curriculum for trainees.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises.
- Monitor trainee progress and prepare training reports, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with Project Office, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
- Maintain documentation and records in line with NSDA standards.
- Propose improvements and innovative training strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mass Communication & Journalism
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- NSDA Level 3 or Level 4 Certification in training / skills development programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or project-based training.
- Knowledge of training program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- The selected candidate will be engaged under a fixed-term contract (e.g., 6 months / 1 year) with possible extension based on performance and project requirement.
- Salary and benefits will be provided as per contract agreement.
- Candidate must adhere to project timelines, NSDA guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- No permanent employment is guaranteed; continuation depends on performance and project needs.
