Job Description / Responsibility

Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Server-Side Tracking)
Iconic Furniture is a fast-growing furniture brand selling directly to customers through Facebook, WhatsApp, and website channels. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can scale monthly sales through paid advertising, advanced conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
Primary goals of this role:
Generate consistent sales through paid ads
Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Increase revenue through retargeting and automation
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
Set up conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM, Server-Side Tracking)
Analyze and report ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion performance
Manage Facebook Page, Ad Accounts, and Business Manager
Build and optimize e-commerce / social commerce sales funnels
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
Conduct audience research, retargeting, and scaling strategies
Manage Website, WhatsApp, and Messenger conversion campaigns
Plan marketing budgets and adjust based on performance
Monitor competitors and market trends

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, and GTMP
Practical experience with server-side tracking setup
Data-driven decision-making ability
Strong analytical skillsLeadership and communication skills
Experience handling Facebook-based sales is a plus
