Agriculture Officer (Hydroponics)

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and manage overall crop production
Manage and supervise Hydroponics production system
Monitor plant growth, nutrient solution, and water quality
Maintain proper EC, pH level and nutrient balance
Ensure pest and disease control
Plan crop production schedule
Maintain daily production and growth records
Coordinate with farm management for smooth operation

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Bachelor/Honors
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & Internet browsing)
Honest, responsible and hardworking
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and reporting skills
