Job Description / Responsibility

Quality Feeds Limited (QFL) is one of the leading feed manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, committed to ensuring the highest quality feed products for livestock, poultry, and fisheries. We are expanding our dynamic team and inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the Officer/Sr Officer – DVM & FTO position.
Provide technical support and consultancy to farmers.
Conduct field visits, farm demonstrations, and product promotion activities.
Monitor animal/fish health, feed usage, and farm performance.
Collect and analyze feedback from the field to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor feed conversion ratio (FCR), mortality rate, body weight, and overall performance.
Prepare regular reports and maintain documentation of field activities.

Educational Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
DVM:Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a recognized university approved by the Government of Bangladesh.
FTO (Fisheries Technical Officer):Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry Science from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 34 years
Only Male
Strong knowledge of poultry diseases and farm management.
Practical experience in broiler/layer commercial farms.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work in field-based environments.
Strong communication and farmer management skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, farm data reporting).
