Job Description / Responsibility

Operate and monitor the boiled milling machinery to ensure smooth and consistent production.
Maintain proper milling settings, grain flow and output quality throughout the processing cycle.
Check and handle paddy input, milling stages and final grain quality as per production standards.
Perform routine inspection, cleaning and minor repairs of milling equipment.
Identify operational abnormalities, troubleshoot basic issues and report major faults to supervisors.
Maintain accurate records of daily milling output, machine performance, and operational logs.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety and hygiene guidelines within the milling area.
Coordinate with production supervisors, quality control and maintenance teams for uninterrupted workflow.

Educational Requirements

SSC
HSC
Minimum SSC/HSC
Candidates with Boiler Certification/Training will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years
Only Male
Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance and safety standards.
Ability to handle machinery efficiently and solve technical issues.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and work ethic.
