Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and manage daily operations of the boiled milling section to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Monitor milling quality, grain output and machine performance throughout the production cycle.
Ensure proper functioning, calibration and cleaning of milling machinery and coordinate routine maintenance.
Lead and guide operating staff, distribute tasks and ensure adherence to production standards.
Maintain accurate production records, daily logs and operational reports.
Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.
Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes and take immediate corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Quality Control, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to maintain smooth production flow.

Educational Requirements

Minimum SSC/HSC
Candidates with Boiled Milling Certification/Training will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill
