Job Description / Responsibility

Team Supervision: Assigning daily tasks to workers based on their specific skills and monitoring their progress.
Planning production, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards in processing plants.
Inspecting machinery and tools, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring equipment is operational.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
A high school diploma or equivalent is the standard requirement.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements
