Job Description / Responsibility

Lead quality audits for incoming agricultural produce (e.g., grains, seeds, or fruits) checking for moisture, aflatoxins, and pesticides.
Supervise Proximate Analysis and specialized lab tests (e.g., NIR operation) for nutritional profiling.
Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations and "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP).
Manage product traceability systems from the farm level to the final packaged batch.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
