Job Description / Responsibility
- Background
- We are the local implementation partner for OFSS (Oracle Financial Services Software) in Bangladesh.
- To support OFSS functional and technical teams during upgrade, configuration, parameterization, and documentation phases, we intend to recruit junior-level consultants (freshers / candidates with limited experience) on a permanent basis.
- Objective of the Role
- To assist senior consultants and OFSS resources in:
- Functional Study (FS) preparation
- Business Analysis and requirement documentation
- System configuration and parameterization
- UAT coordination and support
- Documentation and compliance activities
- Scope of Work
- The selected resources will be responsible for supporting the following activities:
- A. Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users.
- Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).
- Assist in Gap Analysis between existing CBS and upgraded version.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
- Support preparation of Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
- B. CBS Configuration & Parameterization
- Assist in product setup (Deposits, Loans, Islamic Banking, GL, etc.).
- Support parameter configuration under guidance of senior consultants.
- Validate configuration against approved FS.
- Prepare configuration sheets and sign-off documentation.
- C. Testing & Validation
- Assist in preparing test cases and test scenarios.
- Support SIT and UAT execution.
- Track defects and coordinate resolution.
- Validate fixes and maintain issue logs.
- D. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare user manuals and SOPs.
- Maintain project documentation repository.
- Support audit and regulatory documentation requirements.
- E. Coordination
- Liaise between Bank users, OFSS team, and internal project team.
- Support project governance reporting.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, IT Enabled Service
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 25 years
- Required Skills
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of Banking Operations
- Knowledge of CBS concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of Deposits / Loans / Islamic Banking (added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred Attributes
- Prior internship in bank or IT company
- Knowledge of Oracle-based systems (advantage)
- Exposure to banking regulations in Bangladesh (plus)
- Ability to work under structured project environment
