Job Description / Responsibility
  • Plan to achieve monthly sales target levels and achieve monthly targets by product.
  • Take effective steps to collect market dues. Keep a close eye on all parties in your area. Increase sales by identifying gap markets and opening new distributors.
  • Ensure sales growth in your area by product. Analyze sales data for the previous 6 months/1 year and identify the good/bad sales of any product/model and take steps to improve it.
  • Collect all information about sellers of similar products in the market area and maintain contact with them to ensure that at least 70% of the sellers have products.
  • Keep the files of all distributors in their area updated as per company policy and follow the policy during distributor opening.
  • Inform distributors and retailers of all official instructions in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of the product and company's sales policy and inform distributors. Keep an eye on the company's sales management, offers, monthly sales of other similar products in the market area.
  • Provide general support to distributors on pending market dues, party related complexities and present them to DSM.
  • Provide general support to all team members including logistics in general work.
  • Monthly Tour Plan, Tour Bill Entry, Order Entry, Collection Entry, and Timely Attendance Entry will be done in the BizMotion app.

Educational Requirements

  • Higher Secondary
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Mobile Accessories, Sanitary ware
