Job Description / Responsibility

Take the responsibility for achieving the assigned Sales Revenue Projection
Supervise Direct Sales Forces (SOs & SSPOs) and monitor the Direct Sales activities
Maintain effective business relations with stakeholders
Update field information to the Area Office management
Prepare report as per requirement
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 42 years
At least 05 years Direct Sales experience including 3 years in field sales activities
Age may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
Motorcycle driving skill with a valid driving license is mandatory
Physically fit for extensive field work
