- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Care Executive to support our sales operations, manage customer relationships, and help expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will monitor sales activities, assist in planning sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of company sales targets.
- Monitor and track sales team performance and prepare reports for management.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and prepare monthly and yearly sales reports.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
- Maintain records of receivables and payables related to sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Suggest new services or sales techniques to improve customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related business is preferred.
- Knowledge of motor parts or automotive services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
