Factory HR Lead (Manufacturing HR Partner)

Job Description / Responsibility
  • This is not a routine HR role — it is a role with high operational impact. The Factory HR Lead will act as the manufacturing HR partner at the Factory, reporting to the Group Head of HR, ensuring:
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
  • Payroll, Attendance & Compensation Governance
  • Labour Law Compliance, Stakeholder Management and Regulatory Liaison
  • Industrial Relations & Dispute Management
  • HSE Oversight & Audit Readiness
  • KPI based Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Factory Administration & Facility Governance
  • Crisis & Risk Management
  • Budgeting, Reporting & HR Analytics, etc.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Social Science (MSS)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
  • Minimum Graduate (BBA/BSS/MSS/MBA) preferably from public university
  • PGD in HR or Social Compliance preferred
Experience Requirements
  • 12 to 14 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 34 to 45 years
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven exposure in Industrial Relations & Compliance
  • High ethical standards & accountability
  • Strong command over ISO and the Bangladesh Labour Law
  • Smart communication skills with Leadership presence in factory settings
  • Ability to manage workforce discipline, labour dynamics, and stakeholder relationships
  • Crisis handling capability
  • Data-driven reporting mindset
