Job Description / Responsibility

A leading garments trims and packaging manufacturer is seeking a results-driven AGM / DGM – Sales & Marketing to lead business growth, strengthen client relationships, and drive strategic sales initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing team and make a direct impact on revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales & Marketing team, setting targets and driving performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies for trims and packaging products (poly bags, cartons, gum tape, labels, boxes, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with RMG factories, buying houses, and exporters.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Oversee buyer handling, client communication, and negotiation processes.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for top management.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience Requirements

At least 11 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

11–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the garments trims and packaging industry, with at least 3–5 years in leadership role.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and team management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market trends.
