Job Description / Responsibility
- Saic General Hospital Limited, Bogura, a rapidly growing healthcare service provider under Saic Group, is committed to delivering reliable and affordable medical services to the community. The hospital provides comprehensive healthcare facilities, including 24/7 emergency care, outpatient and inpatient services, diagnostic support, and pharmacy operations.
- To strengthen our business outreach and expand hospital services in the Bogura region, we are looking for Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the services of Saic General Hospital Limited. This role involves managing the marketing team, driving customer engagement, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand presence in the healthcare sector.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs among healthcare professionals, institutions, and community leaders to increase referrals and patient flow.
- Develop promotional campaigns and strategies that align with the business objectives.
- Manage online marketing strategies, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
- Oversee the hospital's website and ensure the content is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to increase the hospital’s visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and acquire new clients from the healthcare sector.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and communication.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to promote hospital delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Develop collaboration strategies with key stakeholders to enhance the hospital’s market presence.
- Stay updated on hospital trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve marketing efforts and service offerings.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and within the allocated resources.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and regularly evaluate their progress.
