Job Description / Responsibility

Make an effective sales plan and ensure the sales target and continuous sales growth at a minimum cost in the respective territory.
Direct, assist, and supervise the sales personnel for maintaining and improving the company’s competitive position.
Evaluate the sales opportunities in the territory and act accordingly to avail the best output from it.
Controlling the sales team in line with the set KPIs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Graduate/BBA/ Masters/ MBA, in major marketing any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged), Salt

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Only Male
Minimum 02 years` experience in the similar position from a well reputed FMCG Company.
Computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS Excel.
A Valid Driving License & Ability to drive motorcycle is preferable.
