Job Description / Responsibility
- Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities, and developing and implementing sales, marketing, and financial strategies. Create new Dealers for sales development.
- Guiding, training, and providing development opportunities for sales team members.
- Work with existing customers to ensure a continued high level of service is provided.
- Ensures Customer Relationship Management process is applied to Customers within assigned territory.
- Build up and maintain contacts.
- Prepare and calculate offers.
- Ensure a perfect transition to the Sales Support and/or Service teams.
- Schedule and conduct formal sales activities, including capabilities-based presentations.
- Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned territory and product portfolio.
- To co-ordinate sales and implement marketing policies and functions as directed.
- Maintaining a working communication and relationship with the dealer network and finding the new opportunities.
- Work Promptly in order to Increase the sales & achieve the Monthly Target.
- Ready to work any where in Bangladesh.
- Must Have Own Bike & Driving License.
