Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Type: Contractual, (Renewable)
  • Deadline: Urgent
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
  • Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum graduate from any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing/Activation. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a valid driving license. Having a bike will add advantage.
  • Must have excellent communication skill, leadership and team management skill, and strategic thinking skill.
