Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Ashaloy Housing & Developers Ltd., a reputed land development company, is expanding its marketing and sales operations for its RAJUK-approved residential project located in Purbachal, near Dhaka. The company is currently developing large-scale condominium, apartment, and plot projects.
To strengthen its sales and promotional activities, the company is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the positions of Sr. Executive / Executive – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidates will play a key role in planning and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving overall sales performance for the company’s residential projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company land plot Apartments individual & condominium in the approved project.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct site visits with potential customers
Follow up with clients and close sales effectively
Prepare sales reports and update client databases
Assist in planning promotional campaigns and marketing activities
Maintain proper documentation as per company policy

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
For candidates with better experience, the educational qualification may be relaxed

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in the field and under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Smart, confident, and presentable
