Job Description / Responsibility
- We are a newly established, forward-thinking wig manufacturing company with a vision to become a global leader in the industry. With state-of-the-art machinery and a commitment to quality, we are building a team of passionate professionals to drive our success from the ground up.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire scope of Customs Bond, VAT, and related regulatory affairs.
- Handle all documentation and correspondence with CCI&E, BOI, EPB, RJSC, Banks, and other relevant government and non-government offices.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documents for the renewal of various certificates (IRC, ERC, Auto Bond, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Process and manage all Import & Export documentation including UD/UP, Bill of Entry, Mushok, Shipping Bill, and PRC.
- Maintain and update all Bond Registers (In-Bond, etc.), Chemical statements, and Import-Export statements as per compliance requirements.
- Liaise with C&F agents to ensure smooth clearing of goods from all customs stations and resolve any related issues.
- Coordinate synthetic hair stock reconciliation by working closely with the Supply Chain and Factory store departments.
- Handle H.S. code approval, machinery inclusion, general bond, and other customs-related work.
- Prepare audit reports and note sheets and coordinate with BB Authorized Audit firms for annual and completion audits.
- Verify and approve C&F agent bills against quotations and forward them to the Accounts & Audit department.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

- The applicants who have work experience in a Wig , Garments , textile and others Manufacturing Company are given priority
- Capable of Individually handle all responsibilities related to commercial works
- In-depth knowledge of Customs Bond, VAT, CCI&E, and EPB policies and procedures.
- Must have excellent connections and proven liaison skills with relevant government authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
