Job Description / Responsibility

Anchor Real Estate Ltd, a reputed and growing real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in apartment sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned apartment sales targets in line with company objectives
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits
Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business growth

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team coordination ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Sound knowledge of the real estate market in Dhaka
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7 (five) years of experience in apartment / real estate sales and marketing
Candidates with proven performance in apartment sales will be given preference
