Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Ashaloy Housing & Developers Ltd., a reputed land development company, is expanding its marketing and sales operations for its RAJUK-approved residential project located in Purbachal, near Dhaka. The company is currently developing large-scale condominium, apartment, and plot projects.
To strengthen its sales and promotional activities, the company is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the positions of GM / DGM / Manager – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidates will play a key role in planning and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving overall sales performance for the company’s residential projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor marketing and sales strategies
Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing and sales team
Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Promote company’s residential projects, including apartments, plots, and condominiums
Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
For experienced candidates, educational requirements may be relaxed

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Land Management, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in marketing and sales
Experience in real estate or land development sector is preferred
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
