Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage rental properties on behalf of clients, including the collection of house rent and payment of utility bills, land tax, and holding tax.
  • Facilitate the purchase and sale of land and flats for clients, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) clients to expand the property management portfolio and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct physical property searches and maintain strong coordination with developers and flat owners.
  • Prepare and upload accurate property listings on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all property details are regularly updated on the company website.
  • Maintain sound knowledge of land laws, property regulations, and real estate legal principles.
  • Perform regular field visits to inspect properties and meet clients or stakeholders.
  • Daily project visit reports have to be submitted to management.
  • Property details must be uploaded or removed from the Facebook page and website on the same day.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
  • Candidates without prior familiarity or experience in the real estate sector are discouraged from applying.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
