Job Description / Responsibility
- We provide robust back office support for global small businesses in a nurturing, familial environment. We prioritize growth and camaraderie through activities like tours and dinners, distinguishing us from traditional call centers.
- This is a permanent job with a guaranteed salary (on time) for those who speak and understand English properly and fluently.
- Candidates have to work 8 to 10 hours between 7:50 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Candidates are paid based on working hours, so everyone has to perform 100% when any official work is given by the office.
- This is a night shift job and candidates need to work from the office.
- Office hours may vary between (7:50 PM - 6:00 AM).
Educational Requirements

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- Fluent in spoken & written English (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Multi-tasker (Able to talk and write at the same time)
- Result-oriented without any excuses
- Hungry for money
- Able to work at night shift, Monday to Friday (starting 7:50 PM till 6:00 AM or onwards) and govt. holidays also
- No leaves for exams or classes at all

Carnival bonus 1 time in the fiscal year after being permanent.
Attendance bonus 2,000 TK. on top of your salary every month (From the month you join).

You can earn more than 10,000/- TK on top of your salary as performance bonus / target bonus.
Deserving candidates will get remuneration between 18,000 TK. - 25,000 TK.
Provident fund facility for permanent employees.
Yearly several parties like Iftar party, Christmas party, picnic, office tour, etc for recreation.
There will be a 10-working day non-paid training before you join our probation period.
Candidates are paid OT (overtime) allowance after 8 hours of work for each working day. Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday) Your remuneration will be reviewed every year.
