Job Description / Responsibility

Corporate Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Regularly communicate with existing and potential corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure continued engagement.
Support the development of partnerships, agreements, and corporate collaborations.
Fund Collection & Financial Follow-up
Coordinate and manage fund collection activities from clients and partners.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments, invoices, and financial commitments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and submit periodic reports to management.
Client Communication & Convincing Over Phone
Conduct professional phone calls to update clients, follow up on payments, and present company offerings.
Convince clients regarding services, payment deadlines, and corporate programs.
Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and maintain high-quality customer interaction.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Prepare and maintain client databases, communication logs, and collection reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate activities.
Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and presentations when needed.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Land Management, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
