Job Description / Responsibility
- Sajeeb Homes Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong client relationship management, market analysis, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties of the company.
- Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Provide accurate information regarding project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Generate & follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed sales.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
