Job Description / Responsibility
- About Us: Amina Properties Ltd. is a fast-growing Real Estate Developer in Bangladesh, known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects in Mirpur.
- Recently Amina Properties has launched a Premium Residential Area Project in Mirpur beside Eastern Housing in Goran, Chotbari. The project is going to be the countrys first Sports City with Premium Sports and Recreational Facilities.

- Job Summary:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate sales team.
- The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling clients, generating leads, and closing apartment or land sales. Prior experience in Real Estate sales is highly preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and generate leads through site visit, social media, cold calls, customer visit.
- Conduct site visit, presentation of property to clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present Quotation, Payment Plans.
- Follow up regularly with leads to close sales.
- Maintain client database (CRM) and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, expos, and events.
- Stay updated on company inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
- Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a consultative attitude to motivate prospective clients.
- Good command of both Bengali and English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in the field and attend customer site visits at times requested by the customer.
