Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for luxury apartment/Land share projects.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget plans for management.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth closing of sales deals.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements
