Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with company vision and industry practices.
- Prepare and implement periodical sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and individual targets.
- Design, implement, and control trade policies, incentives, discount structures, and market activation programs.
- Oversee bidding, negotiation, contract finalization of large corporate sale.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Align marketing and brand communication initiatives with trade and corporate sales objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and overall market trends.
- Recommend pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing presentation for clients
- Daily performance reports to share with top management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Lead and mentor the corporate marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Develop CSR and community engagement initiatives to enhance corporate reputation.
- Job Location: Level 02, 03 & 05, House 103, Shaheed Suhrawardy Avenue, Block K, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka-1212.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- BBA and MBA in Marketing will be preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- Minimum 07 years of professional experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in Real Estate or Land Development industry.
- Strong exposure to both trade sales channels and corporate / project sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive performance across regions.
