Job Description / Responsibility
  • Sales Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive marketing and networking to build a robust pipeline.
  • Site Viewings & Promotion: Arrange and conduct property site visits, showcasing land features, and conducting open houses to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment plans, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/annual revenue goals.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land transactions comply with legal requirements and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
  • Identify and contact potential land buyers (individuals, businesses, investors)
  • Present land projects, location advantages, and pricing details
  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
  • Explain legal documents, ownership details, and payment plans
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and legal teams
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and transactions
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Deliver premium client experience to enhance brand loyalty.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Only Male
  • 1-2 years of experience in land/plot sales.
  • Freshers can only apply for junior executive positions, and they will be selected for junior executive positions.
  • In-depth understanding of land sales processes, property registration, and mutation procedures.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic legal understanding of land-related matters.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws, and the local market.
