Job Description / Responsibility

Create market for ceiling fan.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and collection targets said by the company.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Make weekly & monthly route plan along with salesman.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecast to support business planning.
Build strong dealer/distributor networks.
Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Implement marketing campaigns and trade promotions.
Report sales performance and forecasts to management.
Perform any other responsibilities Ascent by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
