STH Group is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager (Land Project) to lead operations for Divine Group. For a strategic leader with a proven track record in the real estate sector, specifically within land projects, to drive growth and manage a high-performing sales force.
Position Overview
Role: National Sales Manager (Land Project)
Employment Status: Full-time
Work Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational land sales targets.
Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential land investors.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Land Management

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of leadership grit and deep industry knowledge.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in Real Estate Land sales.
Niche Expertise: Proven sales experience specifically in Land Projects is mandatory.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
