Job Description / Responsibility

Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies for the company.
Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new market opportunities within the real estate sector and prepare strategic plans.
Manage brand promotion, marketing campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing activities.
Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct project presentations, and handle negotiations.
Ensure successful achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Oversee corporate communication, media relations, and market analysis.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Studies (MBS)
Master of Business Management (MBM)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master’s / MBA (Major in Marketing preferred)

Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must have a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
