Job Description / Responsibility

Job Purpose:
The Product Promotion Officer will be responsible for driving school sales for Faymas Stationery in both Bangla Medium and English Medium schools across Bangladesh. The primary focus of the role is to secure annual booklist approvals from school authorities, actively encourage self-purchase habits among students, and build long-term, sustainable relationships with schools to establish Faymas as a trusted stationery partner.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and create a database of Bangla Medium and English Medium schools in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular visits to schools to meet with principals, administrators, and
procurement officers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to secure booklist
approvals and bulk orders.
• Distribute free samples to schools to encourage trial and adoption.
• Work with schools to include Faymas products in their official booklists.
• Encourage self-purchase by students and parents through retail outlets and e-commerce
platforms
· Secure bulk orders from schools for distribution to students.
• Organize and participate in school events (e.g., annual functions, parent-teacher meetings) to promote Faymas products.
• Propose and execute sponsorship deals with schools to increase brand visibility.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, school visits, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
