Job Description / Responsibility
  • Citadel Properties Ltd. (CPL) is one of the fastest-growing real estate developer in Bangladesh, committed to quality construction, modern design, and customer satisfaction. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and REHAB member since 2008. We are inviting applications for the Accountant (Financial Accounts Manager) position.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in financial statements & report, preparing P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Maintain ledger, journal, and trial balance.
  • In-depth knowledge of VAT, Tax, compliance & NBR (National Board of Revenue) regulations.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Project-wise budgeting and costing
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external audit and management reporting.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with some roles requiring Real Estate experience.
  • Professional certifications (If there is)
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Job Requirements:
  • Requires 03 to 05 years of experience in accounting or finance (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Software proficiency in ERP System (e.g., Tally Software).
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word (Bangla & English typing).
