Job Description / Responsibility

Verify invoices, receipts, and financial documents for accuracy.
Maintain daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, and ledger entries.
Process and manage payroll, including ensuring timely payments and deductions.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash book and bank book entries.
Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor inventory movement.
Highly performer on Microsoft Office, especially on word & excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation.
