Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview:
The Billing Officer will be responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate billing records for club services, memberships, and events. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue bills and invoices for club services, memberships, and events.
Maintain accurate billing records and update customer/member accounts.
Verify charges, discounts, and adjustments as per approved policies.
Coordinate with accounts and front office teams regarding billing queries and corrections.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.

Educational Requirements

HSC in Business Studies
Diploma in Computer
HSC/Diploma

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Bar/Pub
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in billing, accounts, or front-desk finance will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
