Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger entries.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in accounting practices.
Thorough in Expense & Income Accounts Statement, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Costing, Order-wise Job Costings, Monitoring Store Inventory & Purchase.
Maintain Banking Facilities with Lien Banks, taking initiatives for arranging funds, balancing between Short Term & Long Term Assets and Liabilities, Ensuring & organizing Debt servicing within deadline.
Preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Budget & Financial Statement for the company.
Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS/VDS, and other taxes, including returns, Mushak forms, and NBR requirements.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Applicants must be CA/CMA qualified
Skills Required: Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Importer, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
