- Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhaka for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
- Daily tasks include conducting in-depth keyword research, performing comprehensive SEO audits, executing white-hat link-building campaigns, optimizing website content for on-page and technical SEO, and monitoring website performance using analytics tools.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all digital channels and client campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform technical and on-page SEO audits with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and structure for search engines.
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Work collaboratively with design, development, and content teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System
- Diploma in Computer
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Female
- Strong expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO techniques.
- Hands-on experience conducting SEO audits and implementing improvements.
- Proven experience in building high-quality backlinks.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- SEO certifications and experience with SEO platforms/tools are a plus.
