Job Description / Responsibility
  • What you’ll do
  • Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.
  • Costing & Material Sourcing: Analyze costs and source materials within specs and budget.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and update management on progress.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Resolve production issues and clarify technical queries.
  • Research & Development: Track trends and evaluate new materials to improve quality.
  • Sampling & Prototyping: Manage sample development and coordinate with suppliers to perfect prototypes before production.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Multinational Companies

  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Functional competencies: Garment fitting, Pattern construction, production manufacturing, production machinery and quality knowledge.

  • Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
