Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Product Owner who will own the product research, backlog, drive value delivery, and lead a Junior R&D Team focused on market research and product discovery.
- The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the IT industry working with software or digital products, with strong hands-on experience in Agile environments. As a Senior Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business, customers, and engineering teams—ensuring that product vision is translated into clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Job Responsibilities
- 1) Market Research & Product Discovery
- Lead and mentor a Junior R&D team to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify product gaps, customer pain points, and new growth opportunities.
- Validate product ideas through research, stakeholder feedback, and data insights.
- Convert research findings into prioritized product backlog items.
- 2) Product Backlog Ownership & Strategy Alignment
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Translate product vision into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Clearly define acceptance criteria and ensure development readiness.
- Align backlog priorities with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain and communicate a transparent product roadmap.
- 3) Agile Execution & Delivery
- Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Review sessions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Clarify requirements and remove blockers during development cycles.
- Ensure timely releases with high-quality standards.
- Continuously optimize product increments based on feedback and metrics.
- 4) Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure customer-centric product experiences.
- Collaborate with CPIO and leadership for strategic alignment.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product positioning and feature clarity.
- 5) Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Drive feature releases and product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
- Continuously refine the product based on customer feedback and usage data.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA / MSc in Technology, Product Management, or related discipline) is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), PSPO, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications will be considered an advantage.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- The ability to speak English fluently with writing.
