Job Description / Responsibility
- User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand project requirements and user pain points for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for web and mobile platforms.
- Visual Design: Design high-quality graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components that meet international standards web, mobile desktop apps etc.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand and functional consistency across all Dohatec products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Testing: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on qualitative data and usability testing to ensure accessibility and responsiveness.
- Adherence: Illustrate design ideas using functional prototypes that align with Dohatec’s high standards for mission-critical and public-facing systems.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably working on complex enterprise or government-level applications.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (Web and Mobile) and a clear problem-solving process is mandatory.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Principles: Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive, mobile-first methodologies.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with how design translates into code (HTML/CSS) is a significant advantage for effective developer hand-off.
