The Role
As a Senior Student Consultant, you will lead our student engagement, providing expert, ethical guidance to help students navigate university admissions and visa applications for their dream destinations.
Location: 7th Floor, Century Centre, Kha-225, Badda, East Gulshan, Dhaka-1212
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Lead one-on-one counseling sessions for students and parents.
Manage university applications, scholarship requests, and visa documentation.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the management team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in study abroad counseling, university admissions, and visa processing.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of international educational systems (UK, Ireland, Europe, etc.) and scholarship opportunities.

Base Salary: Starts from 35,000.00 BDT (Negotiable based on experience). Performance Bonus: Up to 5,000.00 BDT bonus per successful visa. Festive Bonuses: Two festive bonuses per year. Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week (Sunday to Thursday). Commute-Friendly Hours: 10:00 AM start to avoid peak morning traffic.
