Job Description / Responsibility

- Luxdon Travel Management is a trusted and dynamic travel solutions provider specializing in international and religious tourism. We offer flight ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processing, Umrah packages, and ground transfers for clients across the UK, Bangladesh, and beyond.
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to lead our sales operations and enhance client experience.
- Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-1)
- Workplace: Work at office
- Working Hours
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- (Minimum 3–4 night shifts required per month)
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly performance targets.
- Engage with high-end international clients, providing tailored travel solutions.
- Handle bookings, amendments, client inquiries, and service requests professionally.
- Report directly to the Managing Director on sales performance and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and booking management.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve service and sales performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and leadership skills.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor/Honors Degree (minimum).
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the travel industry.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum IELTS band score 7+ or equivalent).
- Experience dealing with high-end international clients.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work international hours including night shifts.
