Job Description / Responsibility

Sales & Team Leadership
Lead, organize, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
Motivate and mentor team members to ensure high performance and strong teamwork.
Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to build an efficient sales force.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on property sales.
Collect qualified leads, monitor sales pipelines, and support the sales team for successful closures.
Innovate new marketing ideas, tools, and customer engagement activities to enhance lead flow.
Customer Relationship & Corporate Communication
Build strong relationships with professionals, business networks, and potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive office environment and strong team communication.
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
Analyze the real estate market and provide insights on trends, pricing, and competition.
Forecast sales, revenue, and budgets with proper planning and execution.
Submit regular performance reports to management.
Other Responsibilities
Work closely with Management on strategic sales initiatives.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 40 years
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
