Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Rajnagar Inn Feni is developing a prestigious multistorey hotel building and is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage all finishing works of the project.
- The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality interior and exterior finishing suitable for a modern hospitality environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, close coordination with contractors and consultants, and strict monitoring of quality and timelines to ensure the successful completion of the hotel project.

- Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of Finishing Works
- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, tiling, marble/granite, painting, false ceiling, partitions, woodwork, aluminum & glass works, sanitary fittings, and decorative elements.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned areas.
- Quality Control & Standards
- Maintain high-quality finishing standards appropriate for a hotel project.
- Inspect materials and workmanship regularly.
- Ensure compliance with approved samples and mock-ups.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Coordination & Site Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, architects, and MEP teams.
- Ensure proper sequencing of finishing works with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other services.
- Attend site meetings and report progress to project management.
- Measurement & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor measurements and bills.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, site instructions, and approvals.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Time & Resource Management
- Ensure finishing works are completed within the project schedule.
- Monitor manpower performance and site productivity.
- Identify risks of delay and take proactive corrective measures.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety rules and site regulations are followed during finishing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper site organization.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Diploma in architecture from a Govt institution.
- Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in finishing works of multistorey commercial or hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior finishing including tiles, marble, granite, painting, false ceiling, partitions, woodwork, aluminum & glass, and sanitary fittings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
- Good understanding of finishing materials, quality standards, and installation techniques.
- Experience in hotel, commercial complex, or high-rise building projects will be given preference.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability with contractors and consultants.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
- Willingness to stay at project site in Feni if required.
- Age limit may be considered as per company policy.
